Taking delivery of your brand new Tesla Model Y or Model 3 can be such an amazing experience. But over time, Tesla has removed some items from new deliveries and you will need to get them on your own.
After 5 years of Model Y ownership and a few years of Model 3 ownership, I have compiled a specific list for items you will want to make sure you have on delivery day! These are not all the accessories I would recommend, but they are the items I would have leading up to delivery.
I have broken these accessories down into 4 categories; Essentials/Convenience, Protection, Storage/Organization, and Visual. The Essentials are the Tesla accessories that you will use every day and in some cases, Tesla used to ship Model Y and Model 3 with these. Protection includes the immediately necessary items, excluding major jobs like PPF. Storage includes items that I have found extremely useful in expanding and enhancing storage in our Model Y. And finally Visual items are high impact, low dollar items that can have a dramatic effect on the look of your Tesla without breaking the bank.
