Today I’m testing the Volvo EX30 Cross Country Twin Motor Ultra in extreme winter conditions here in Bavaria: –8°C, winter tires, heat pump, full heating, and a constant 130 km/h on the highway.
I charged the vehicle to 100%, preheated the cabin and battery, and performed a real-world high-speed range test. The heating performance, battery temperature, and consumption were all… interesting.
