⭐ The Story
This Alfa Romeo Spider didn’t arrive in Dave’s life as a gleaming Italian beauty.
It arrived as a £10 wreck, abandoned at the edge of a garden and offered to him simply because the owner wanted it gone.
When Dave found it, the little Spider was rusted solid — the floors gone, the wings collapsing, and a tree growing straight through the bonnet where the car had sat undisturbed for years. Most people would have walked away. Dave didn’t.
With almost nothing left to save, he rebuilt the car panel by panel, shaping replacements from whatever scrap metal he could find.

Piece by piece, he hand-formed them into the curves of an Alfa Spider — a restoration built on imagination, determination and sheer craftsmanship.
Today, that £10 garden wreck is an award-winning Alfa Romeo Spider, rebuilt entirely by hand… and living proof that no classic is ever truly beyond hope.
