For a while, there’s been talk of Tesla opening up its Supercharger Network to non-Tesla customers (and Winter even did a video on why we think it’s about to happen in North America – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXKINzfKAe4)

Last year, Tesla opened up its first Superchargers to non-Tesla paying customers as a trail program in the Netherlands. Now for any EV owners with CCS-compatible cars in Norway and France, the Supercharger network is at their disposal.
