Description
Today I’m testing the Volkswagen ID.5 GTX model year 2026 — a dual-motor AWD with a 97 kWh battery and 250 kW power.
We start with a DC fast-charging test (up to 188 kW!) and then perform a real-world range test at 110 km/h on the highway in cold, wet conditions.
Specs:
• 21" wheels, summer tires (255 rear / 235 front)
• Heat pump equipped
• Outside temperature: 6–10 °C
• Average speed: 107 km/h
• Final range: 357 km
