Thanks to Tesla Owners Silicon Valley as part of the X Takeover event and Tesla for inviting me to tour the Fremont factory, meet some of the leadership and many employees, and drive on the test track!

This video recaps as much of the Fremont factory tour and experience I had and could get images and video of. The tour itself was fantastic, we saw much of the factory, including the, S, Model Y & Model 3 production lines and the exterior spring structures that are used for the bulk of Model Y production.

We went into stamping, saw the external casting machine areas, the distribution building & logistics lits as well as get Plaid test drives on the track!

I got the honor of meeting Hrushikesh Sagar the Tesla VP of Gigafactory Operations here at the Fremont factory, and the counterpart to Jason Shawhan at Giga Texas.

In addition, I saw Optimus on display in the in-site showroom, along with their merch store and new vehicle displays. I have to say the more public access venues sacrament is something great and I wish Giga Texas would offer at some point.

What an amazing opportunity to see this hugely productive factory & the people who make it work! I hope you enjoy these views of the day!

BTW, I was operating with no sleep during my time at Fremont so I apologize if I wasn’t at my “best” … honestly, I was really tired but made it through and had a great time!
