We take a look at the new Kia EV3 and go for a test drive in the streets of Munich, Germany, while at IAA Mobility 2025. This small EV from Kia is currently slated to come to the US in 2026 so we wanted to get a look at it in Europe. The starting price in the US is expected to be $35,000.
