The Grand Cherokee is the cornerstone of Jeep these days and that means changes need to be well thought out. For 2026 they’re going with a cautious approach but that’s probably for the best; new colors, a small refresh, a simplified lineup, and the biggest change is hidden under the hood. You’ll still find a 2.0l turbo 4 cylinder there but this one, accoridng to Jeep, is completely new and has been branded as a Hurricane engine. This is the first 4 cylinder Hurricane from Stellantis and now joins the 6 cylinders found in other models, it will be fun to get this out on the road and see if Jeep’s excitement is warranted.
