Meet Eliza’s Latte’s and Literature, a Coffee Shop and Book Store that is 100% powered by a Ford F150 Lightning! Eliza dreamed of having a coffee shop / book store of her very own, explored the idea of opening a brick and mortar, and realized how an F150 Lightning would give her everything she needed with tons more flexibility, freedom, and cost-savings too! Such a cool way to use the V2L (Vehicle to Load) capabilities of the F150 Lightning!
We were attending an intimate Ford EVs Cars and Coffee event at the Pikes Peak International Raceway to check out the Ford Performance Super Mustang Mach-E and it was extra special to be treated to deliciously brewed iced coffees made right there in her shop, parked on the racetrack!
