The middle child in Mercedes’ boxy SUV lineup is the quirkiest and the most interesting, it is none other than the often derided electric G-Wagen. Why derided? Mainly because of the range. Aside from that limitation, there’s a great deal to love, assuming you can afford it. The G580 is quick, has a 4-motor drive system that rivals Rivian in terms of capability and refinement.
