2026 Subaru Solterra Revealed! | Subaru’s Almost-New EV Is A Solid Second Attempt

From Alex on Autos.

To be honest, I had expected a mild refresh, but for 2026 Subaru instead decided to radically change the front end design will also updating just about everything. Motors? New. Batteries? New. Roof? That’s new too. What didn’t change is the majority of the funky interior, but I think I’ve finally started to get used to that. 2026 brings more power, 25% range (285 miles), a NACS port, and significantly faster charging, especially in cold weather. I’m not entirely sure about the front end design, but Subaru says they didn’t want it to look like the rest of the gasoline lineup.
