Toyota RAV4 GR Sport | GReat Move Or GRave Mistake?

Who says the RAV4 doesn’t have spunk? Not Toyota, and they’re backing that up with the first ever “GR” branded version, though think of it more as “GR Lite”. The GR Sport is instantly recognizable as different with its lower, wider stance and standout rear spoiler but that’s not all it has. Standard under the hood is a 324hp PHEV powertrain that is not only the quickest available options but is as efficient as can be if you drive it that way. With electric power of up to 48 miles you can either use that to save money at the pump or to beat your friends off the line at the next stoplight. Piano black accents will be found in the grill, along the side skirts, and across the rear bumper to make sure nobody mistakes your GR Sport as any other RAV4. This model should be available the other PHEV trims starting Q1 of 2026, pricing has yet to be announced.
