2025 Nissan Pathfinder Review | Sticking To Basics Is Underrated

From Alex on Autos.

In a world full of options there’s one option you find less and less; the simple one. Screens, powertrains, and a multitude of configurations have become the norm and with these options comes an increase in price. Nissan may not top the charts in some of these categories but what they do (and do well) is offer an inexpensive option for people needing three rows of seating. You know what else this has? A V6 engine that has to be one of the smoothest drives you’ll find across the board despite being "old growth" in a forest of 4 cylinders. The Rock Creek trim is the most off road oriented model and though it falls well short of having class leading capability it still provides the persona to match potential customers interest. You can can select between 2WD and AWD trims as well as 7 or 8 passenger seating options while falling well within the average price of a new vehicle in 2025.

This may not be a trail blazer or the household name it used to be but the Pathfinder is far from overgrown in the underbrush.
