2026 Dodge Durango Review | The “Family” SUV With More Power Than Sense…

From Alex on Autos.

Dodge’s Durango is a dinosaur; development on this vehicle started literally two decades ago, yet the best sales year ever was posted last year. Much like Toyota’s old 4Runner, for the Durango, the age of the design appears to be a feature, not a bug, to shoppers. What does that age bring with it? Sharp Mercedes-sourced suspension dynamics and three V8s. Yep, if the V6 isn’t enough (it’s baaaaack for 2026), you have three different V8s to choose from. There’s a ho-hum 360 ponies in one, a "goldilocks just right" 475 ponies in another and a bat-crap-crazy over 700 in the Hellcat, which wears a price tag that’s just as crazy.
