Nissan is promising that the new Leaf will soon start at $25,360 before destination and under $30,000 in EVERY state, including sales tax. Even if you get a fully-loaded model like we were driving, it’ll still be less than the average new car in America. While it’s not the "best" EV in America, I think it’s unquestionably the "best EV value" in America, and if they play their cars right, it could be the economy car of the 21st century.
