2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness | The Subie Designed Just For Me?

From Alex on Autos.

Although I have never owned a Subaru before, it seems like the Wilderness trims were designed exactly for country living. Who lives in a forest down a gravel road? Me. Who likes rubber floor mats? Same. Who wouldn’t mind a set of all-terrain tires in the winter when there’s mud to contend with? Guilty as charged. Who’s a labradoodle-owning lesbian? OK, you got me there. The thing is… Do I "need one"? Nope. But if Subaru could cook up a 3-row that could tow 8,000 lbs, I’d buy one in a heartbeat. Also: I know some neighbors who could use one of these instead of their always-stuck CR-Vs…
