2026 Toyota C-HR Electric SUV Review: Is This Toyota’s EV Comeback?

Toyota is getting serious about EVs, with three new ones coming out this year including this: 2026 C-HR.

This compact electric crossover starts at $38,450 (including fees) and offers 287 miles of estimated range. Overall, we think it’s a solid addition to the EV space—especially the sub-$40k segment. And Toyota seems to have learned a lot from the early, rocky rollout of the bZ4X. But the C-HR isn’t perfect either.
