2027 brings some welcome changes to the biggest VW SUV in America. To better compete with the new Palisade and the hugely successful Grand Highlander, Volkswagen redesigned the Atlas to be a bit bigger and more luxurious on the inside, and certainly a great deal bolder on the outside. VW dropped in their latest and slimmest LED headlamps, more light bars than a Star Wars convention, bigger 20 and 21 inch wheels and an entirely new computer architecture. The new computers allow bigger screens than ever and supposedly a hybrid model coming in a few years. The base model gets a ton of extra tech compared to the last model including power seats, LCD cluster and a 13 inch touchscreen (others get a massive 15 inch screen), more ambient lighting, and even real wood trim.
