We grabbed a 2026 Subaru Solterra Premium from Subaru of Little Rock (huge thanks to Landon and Alex) to see whether Subaru actually fixed the old car — spoiler: they fixed a lot. The refresh drops the base price to about $38,495 and bumps EPA-ish range from ~222 miles to ~288 miles, keeps standard AWD and 8.3" ground clearance, and gives the Solterra its own Subaru face instead of just being a twin of the BZ.
