The new C-Class EV feels like a reset for Mercedes’ electric sedans. Gone is the jellybean spaceship styling, replaced by a more conventional design with some seriously impressive hardware underneath. It rides on a new 800-volt platform that promises very fast charging and adds high-end features like air suspension and rear-wheel steering. Inside, there’s a huge screen running a new AI-powered operating system and surrounded by a properly premium cabin. We haven’t driven it yet, but the first impression is very promising.
