In this video we talk about many of the new EVs set to debut in 2026. We’re excited to see lower cost options like the Nissan Leaf & Chevy Bolt (both about $30,000) plus the newcomer Slate that is working on a barbones affordable truck (mid 20s). A more affordable Rivian SUV is on the way in the form of the R2 which will start at $45,000. We are also eagerly anticipating the BMW iX3, the first of their Neue Klasse family of vehicles. Not to be outdone, Mercedes has some new EVs lined up for 2026 as well.
Overall, it is going be an exciting year and we’re excited to see more affordable EVs showing up!
