This Mini Cooper E comes with a 36.6 kWh battery, front-wheel drive, and 184 hp, making it more of a city and fun car than a long-distance cruiser. I take a close look at the interior, infotainment, driving modes, acceleration, noise levels, ride comfort, and whether the famous go-kart feeling still holds up in winter.
