We just got back from CES where Ford announced some updates for its upcoming EV platform and $30,000 EV truck coming in 2027. These announcements can be summed up into 3 parts:
– AI: They are going to integrate AI into the Ford app and vehicles
– Level 3 (Eyes Off): They will have hands free, eyes off ADAS even on the $30k base EV truck
– In-House hardware & software: They are saving as much at 30% by bringing development in-house
