On a recent Boltmas trip ( https://youtu.be/9QJ9CZbpHYk ), I visited a BP Pulse TA Travel Plaza charging location featuring six Alpitronic HYC400 units, four of which featured two NACS connectors. I had pulled into one of the NACS charging stalls by accident, but in the process of attempting to use the NACS cable with an adapter, I found that the plastic tab in the HYC400’s NACS retainer had broken loose. When I checked another unit, I found that the clip inside had already been broken off.

This is mostly just an FYI to get the information out there since I’m sure my channel probably doesn’t have enough reach otherwise.
