Welcome to my full review of the Volkswagen e-Caravelle Electric – a completely different EV compared to Volkswagen ID models.

The e-Caravelle is not designed for long-distance travel or family road trips. This is a business-focused electric vehicle, built to transport up to 8 people, tools, or cargo over short to medium distances – for example to construction sites, shuttle services, or deliveries.

In this video I cover:
Battery sizes (64 kWh vs new 71 kWh version)
Real-world range and charging performance
Motor options (110 kW, 160 kW, 210 kW + AWD)
Interior space, seating flexibility & trunk size
Driving impressions, regen & highway behavior
Acceleration test to identify the motor version

This specific vehicle is the 160 kW rear-wheel drive, long wheelbase version (5.45 m long). Despite its size, it’s surprisingly comfortable and easy to drive.
