Last week, my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV notified me in the app that it had a high-voltage lithium-ion battery problem that required service. Then, when I was driving it to the dealership, it suddenly lost power and shut down, requiring it be towed to the dealership.
A few days later, the issue was resolved, and this is what happened.
