Description:
After a short break from range testing, today we finally have a new test car: the BMW i4 M60, the most powerful version of the i4 with around 600 horsepower and all-wheel drive.
In this video I run my usual real-world Autobahn range test at about 130 km/h, starting from 100% charge at an Ionity fast charger.
The BMW i4 M60 comes with over 80 kWh usable battery capacity, a heat pump, and in this test it’s equipped with all-season tires. Under these conditions we check how far the car can actually drive and what the efficiency looks like in cool weather.
During the drive I also share impressions about comfort, driver assistance systems, noise levels and Autobahn driving behavior.
At the end of the test we also prepare a fast-charging test to see how the i4 M60 performs when charging after a long highway drive.
