We stopped by the JLG booth at CONEXPO to see some of their latest technology in action.
During the live demonstration, two scissor lifts transported and positioned structural materials, while a boom lift equipped with a welding end-effector performed precise welds at height. The setup showcased how connected machines can detect, communicate, and coordinate tasks, enabling one operator to manage multiple machines at the same time.
Another standout at the booth was the Canvas Robotics drywall robot. This intelligent, worker-controlled drywall finishing system is designed to help contractors improve productivity, consistency, and overall worker experience on interior construction job sites.
