Description:
Today I’m testing the Mini Cooper E (36.6 kWh battery) on the highway at a constant 130 km/h (GPS) in real winter conditions.
This is a proper range test, followed by a charging stop and preparation for a second test at 110 km/h.
The car was charged to 100% overnight, cabin preheated, and the battery preheated on the way to the charger.
Test conditions:
– 130 km/h GPS
– Winter tires (17", 195)
– Heat pump active
– Cabin temperature 21–22 °C
– Outside temperature 0–3 °C
– Front-wheel drive, 184 hp
