Sodium Ion Manufacturing Challenges // Not a Solved Problem

From The Limiting Factor.

CATL recently published a paper detailing the manufacturing challenges involved with sodium ion batteries. So, although there’s now a basic supply chain in place for sodium ion batteries, it’s not a solved problem in the way that it is for lithium ion batteries.

These are the part of my system I purchased from Signature Solar:
-EG4 6000XP Off-Grid Inverter (I use this for my grid-tied solar system with battery backup)
-SnapNrack | TopSpeed™ | Solar Panel Roof Mount Kit (you can also get a skirt)
-SnapNrack, GROUNDING LUG
-PV 2 Wire Management Clip
-10 AWG Copper PV Wire | Black and Red
-Staubli | 20A | 1000V | In-line Fuse with MC4 Connectors (your amps may vary)
-I cobbled together the cheapest solar and batteries from other sites. I expected it to save me money, but it ended up costing more for integration and I lost some functionality. If I did it again, I’d just by everything from Signature Solar in a package – they have kits with the batteries, inverter, and panels.
