Today I test the Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD at a constant 110 km/h GPS speed to see what real-world range is possible in winter conditions.
This Model 3 has:
79 kWh usable battery
Rear-wheel drive
18" winter tires
Heat pump
Outside temperatures between –5 °C and –9 °C
I previously tested this car at 130 km/h, and now this video shows how much range you can realistically expect at lower Autobahn speeds in cold weather.
In this video you’ll see:
Real consumption data at 110 km/h
Battery usage and calculated full range
Winter efficiency with heat pump
Charging behavior and battery preheating
Autopilot impressions and driving comfort
Final range calculation based on real data
This is a real-world range test, not a lab result.
