From Electric Classic Cars.

We often get asked why do we convert classic cars to electric. Is it because EVs have more power or are better for the environment or are smooth and silent to drive. Nope. The main reason I convert classic cars to electric is so that I can enjoy driving them more. Less time working on them just trying to keep them alive and more time to actually get out on the road and do what they were designed to be for – driven.

In this episode, instead of having a lovely weekend in the sunshine driving our classic cars in the mountains we are having to work on my sons Porsche 924S, changing the clutch. A job that isn’t the easiest and one which, with a 40 year old car, is prone to all sorts of other issues waiting to spring on you to also have to fix. The original Porsche 924S (and 944) clutch has an Achilles heel in it’s design, which we’ll show you.
