Cars keep getting bigger… but our roads aren’t. So Honda’s trying something completely different. Meet the Super-N – a tiny, city-focused EV that could be exactly what urban drivers need.
Join Nicki as she takes a first look at this quirky, kei car-inspired electric hatch, arriving in the UK later this year. At just 3.4 metres long, it’s smaller than a Fiat 500e and designed to squeeze through tight streets and even tighter parking spaces.
But this isn’t just about size. The Super-N brings personality too, with styling inspired by the Honda City Turbo and even a playful “boost mode” with fake gears and sound effects. Yes, really.
Inside, it’s simple but clever, with Magic Seats, a surprisingly roomy cabin, and just enough tech to keep things easy. The trade-off? A small battery and around 128 miles of range (more in the city), plus relatively modest performance.
With an expected price of under £20,000, the Super-N could be one of the most affordable EVs around – taking on rivals like the Fiat 500e, Dacia Spring and Renault Twingo.
