Description:
Cupra has officially revealed the 2026 Cupra Born, and many of the updates are expected to appear in the new Volkswagen ID.3 coming soon as well. In this video I go through all the important changes: new interior, real steering-wheel buttons, bigger displays, new software features, and the introduction of one-pedal driving for the first time on these rear-wheel-drive MEB cars.
We also look at the battery and motor options, WLTP range, design changes, and new features like the Sennheiser sound system, Travel Assist updates, launch control, and digital car key.
Some of the biggest changes are inside the car, with completely new materials, a redesigned cockpit, and improvements based on customer feedback.
Many of these upgrades will likely appear in the upcoming Volkswagen ID.3 refresh, which I will see at the launch event in Hamburg soon.
