Everything Wrong With New Cars (From an EV Owner)

From Andrew Till / Mr. EV
.

Modern cars are incredible feats of engineering — and yet, somehow, they’ve also become deeply annoying. In this video I go through my list of the biggest gripes with new cars: from cars that are getting ridiculously wide, to flush door handles that can trap you in a crash, speed limit warnings that are more white noise than safety feature, touchscreens that require you to navigate three menus just to change the temperature, subscription fees for features you’ve already paid for, and satnavs that will cheerfully send you down a country lane in a 2-metre-wide SUV.

But I’m also willing to admit where I’m wrong — because modern cars, especially EVs, have some genuinely amazing things going for them too.
