From The Limiting Factor.
In the past year, Tesla’s made comments about battery shortages. In last week’s earnings call, they finally clarified what they meant by battery shortage. They were referring to the assembly of the battery pack itself, not the cells. Given that battery packs are easier to manufacture than cells, and Tesla’s vehicle production volumes are relatively flat, how could that be the case?

These are the part of my system I purchased from Signature Solar:
-EG4 6000XP Off-Grid Inverter (I use this for my grid-tied solar system with battery backup)
-SnapNrack | TopSpeed™ | Solar Panel Roof Mount Kit (you can also get a skirt)
-SnapNrack, GROUNDING LUG
-PV 2 Wire Management Clip
-10 AWG Copper PV Wire | Black and Red
-Staubli | 20A | 1000V | In-line Fuse with MC4 Connectors (your amps may vary)
-I cobbled together the cheapest solar and batteries from other sites. I expected it to save me money, but it ended up costing more for integration and I lost some functionality. If I did it again, I’d just by everything from Signature Solar in a package – they have kits with the batteries, inverter, and panels.
