A few days after Nikki’s month-long ordeal with the insurance company over her F150-Lightning’s cracked rear bumper mount (and after a significant amount of fighting to keep it from being written off) – Nikki’s got a very simple question today.

Are insurance companies treating EVs fairly? Based on anecdotal evidence from her friends and contacts, the answer is an emphatic "no", but we’d love to know your experiences too.
